Our group from Cairo utilized UmrahTransit for our private transfers between Makkah, Madinah, and for a Ziyarat tour. The service was generally good, with clean vehicles and polite drivers. We appreciated the convenience of having pre-arranged transport, especially with our elderly family members. However, there were a couple of instances where the drivers were slightly late, causing a bit of anxiety, although they always made up for lost time. The communication could also be improved, as we sometimes had to initiate contact to confirm pick-up times. Overall, a reliable service that gets the job done, but with some minor areas for improvement to achieve a 5-star experience. We used a GMC Yukon XL for most transfers, which was comfortable.
