Who you book with
Fakhama Groups LLC coordinates the booking. A TGA-licensed transport partner supplies the vehicle and the captain. The registered office is Burj Mawasim, King Fahd Road, Al-Iskan District, Makkah 24342, KSA.
Where we drive
Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Taif, AlUla, Riyadh, and Yanbu. The public from-price for Jeddah Airport to Makkah is SAR 350 per vehicle. A dated quote can be higher in Ramadan or Hajj. The booking page confirms the fare before you pay.
How you pay
Pay 20% to confirm and reserve the captain and the vehicle. Pay the balance after you reach your destination. Airport pickups are confirmed by card so your captain is assigned before you land. Hotel and city trips can be paid in cash to your captain. Card checkout shows US dollars. Your trip price stays in SAR.
Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on Stripe’s secure card page. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices. Hotel and city trips can also be paid to the captain in cash.
Changing the date or time is free on WhatsApp when a vehicle is available. Cancelling is a different rule: with 48 hours’ notice a deposit is held as travel credit. Details are on the cancellation page.

- On some multi-route and package bookings, a complimentary upgrade when a larger vehicle is free. It is offered, not guaranteed on every booking.
- A 20% payment confirms the captain and the vehicle. The balance is paid after you reach your destination.
- A wheelchair can be provided on request, and the captain assists when needed.
- Tolls are included. The captain’s name and plate are sent on WhatsApp before pickup.
