How to Use Nusuk for Transport
The Saudi government requires proof of transport. You have two options:
- The Hard Way: Book directly on the Nusuk Masar platform (often buggy, complex interface).
- The Easy Way: Book with a Nusuk-Compliant Provider (like UmrahTransit). We handle the compliance registration for you.
Booking a Rawdah Permit
The most coveted slot in Madinah.
- When to Book: Slots open gradually. Usually Fridays at Dhuhr time are a good bet.
- One Permit per 365 Days: You can only book once a year. Do not miss your slot!
- Entry: Arrive 30 minutes early at the designated gate show in the app.
Troubleshooting
- "User limit reached": Keep refreshing. It is a glitch.
- "OTP not received": Use email verification instead of SMS.
- "Permit Cancelled": Ensure your health status is green.
