We understand plans change on sacred travel. Advance deposits (20%–30%) immediately lock your dedicated licensed vehicle, reserve your chauffeur, and prepare official Saudi permits (Tasreeh). While deposits are non-refundable in cash, cancellations requested 48+ hours prior to pickup convert 100% of your deposit into a non-expiring 12-Month UmrahTransit Travel Credit Voucher, valid for any future journey for you or your family.

Because vehicles are held and driver queues locked, deposit is forfeited to compensate driver dispatch and holding losses.
1. Vehicle Lock & Allocation Fee
When an advance payment (20% to 30%) is collected, UmrahTransit commits operational funds to reserve a specific licensed commercial vehicle (GMC Yukon XL, Toyota HiAce, Hyundai Staria, or Coaster) and assign an authorized chauffeur. The deposit covers non-recoverable dispatch lock-in costs and Saudi Ministry of Transport (TGA) permit preparations.
2. Zero-Stress Flight Delay Protection
If your flight is delayed or you experience delays in airport customs or luggage claim, your booking is never cancelled as a no-show provided flight details were shared. Our dispatch team tracks your flight status live and holds your assigned driver at the arrival terminal with zero extra penalty.
3. Why We Require Registered Commercial Fleet Lock
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, transporting pilgrims in unauthorized private vehicles or black-market taxis is illegal and subjects travelers to checkpoint delays, fines, or vehicle impoundment. UmrahTransit (a product of Fakhama Groups LLC) operates exclusively with officially licensed commercial transport partners and Tasreeh-compliant vehicles to guarantee uninterrupted access to Makkah, Madinah, and Miqat locations.
4. Chargeback Policy & Dispute Resolution
By placing a booking and confirming deposit payment, you agree to these terms. Filing fraudulent credit card chargebacks after receiving service or cancelling outside policy violates this agreement.
