Travel credit
When a paid booking is cancelled with enough notice, the deposit is held as credit toward a future trip — not returned as cash. Check a balance with the email and WhatsApp number from the original booking.

What it is
A 12-month UmrahTransit travel credit is the deposit (or a no-show remainder above the 20% lock) held on your guest identity. It is not a cash refund and it does not change the published fare of the next trip. When it is applied, it counts as payment — leftover card or cash is only the amount still due.
How to use it
Book again with the same email and WhatsApp number. We apply matching credit automatically after the new booking is created. If the contacts do not both match, the credit stays unused until they do.
How it expires
Unused credit expires 12 months after it was issued. Expired credit is not refunded.
