WhatsApp Driver Dispatch
Prior to landing, our operations manager sends you the assigned driver's full profile: Name, phone number, vehicle model, color, and license plate number.
60-Min Complimentary Buffer
Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from actual flight touchdown to account for passport control and baggage claim.
Terminal-by-Terminal Meeting Directions
Terminal 1 (New KAIA Airport) — Major Airlines
Serves Saudia, Flynas, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad, Turkish Airlines, British Airways, and major international carriers.
- Step 1: Clear passport control & collect luggage at the baggage carousel.
- Step 2: Exit the customs hall into the main Arrival Plaza (near the giant 14-meter Aquarium).
- Step 3: Turn on your mobile Wi-Fi / SIM and send a WhatsApp message to your driver stating "Luggage collected".
- Step 4: Your driver will pull up to **Gate 2 or Gate 4** passenger loading curb and load your baggage directly.
North Terminal (KAIA North) — Charter & Select Carriers
Serves select seasonal Hajj/Umrah charters, Lion Air, SpiceJet, Air Arabia, and budget international charters.
- Step 1: Proceed through the main exit doors after customs.
- Step 2: Head outside to the main pick-up lane adjacent to the passenger parking area.
- Step 3: Notify driver via WhatsApp; driver will meet you directly at Curb 1.
